DIRECTIONS:

Mix 1 scoop 150-200 ml of cold milk or water.Serving size and mixing ratio can be adjusted to meet individual requirements and taste preference .Use as recommended by your physician /nutritionist.For ease of mixing use either blender or shaker.Not more than 3 scoops per day.

Post-workout:

Take another scoop immediately after workout or training.

Prior to bed:

Take last scoop ,at before 1 hour prior to bed.Not more than 4 scoop per day

STORAGE:

To maintain product steability or quality,Store away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place and keep tightly sealed.Once seal is opened ,then supplement should be consumed in 45 days.
