Add one heaping scoops of GEAR WHEY to a blender 200ml.of wter or 300ml. of milk.Add ice-cubes,fruit or other ingredients as desired and blend for another 30-45seconds.Note: Using milk will provide a thicker,cremier and high calorie shake.

Drink ½ 1 serving in between meals or post workout or before bed to support good nutrints absorption yielding in good muscle growth and better results.
