DIRECTIONs

Mix 1 scoop 150-200ml of cold milk or water.Serving size &Mixing ratio can be adjusted to meet individual requirements& taste preference.Use as recommended by your physician/nutritionist.For ease of mixing use either blended or shaker.not more than 4 scoops per day.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

MORNING:

Consume one scoop in the morning mix with milk or water to kick start your day.

PRE WORKOUT:

Consume another one scoop before workout,mis with water or milk(increase in performance and feel energized during workout)

POST WORKOUT:

Take another scoop immediately after workout/training.(use power mass at this time to maximise the benefits or your workout)

PRIOR TO BED:

Take the last scoop ,at least before 1 hour prior to bed.

STORAGE;

To maintain product steability or quality,store away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place and keep tightly sealed.one seal is opened,then contents should be consumed 45days.
